I designed a custom fan shroud for my Folgertech Kossel 2020. After swapping out the plastic hothead holder for a sturdy aluminum one, I discovered that this particular model lacked a built-in fan holder. To maintain optimal airflow and prevent heat from creeping up the extruder during PLA printing, I chose to add an optional side-mounted fan shroud that can be easily attached when needed.
