I've created this replacement part to supersede the laser-cut component that came with the printer due to the gear becoming excessively loose. The file you'll find here is FT26; simply mirror it to obtain FT6. With a tolerance of 0.3mm relative to the original part, I've found that printing with ABS yields a seamless fit without any need for forced insertion. If anyone requires a different tolerance, please let me know and I can modify the file accordingly.
