FolgerTech FT5 Aeroshuttle

This is a replacement shuttle for the FolgerTech FT5 printer. It's designed specifically for the E3D Titan Aero extruder, ensuring maximum possible bed clearance by eliminating anything under the stepper motor. With a V6 heat block, you get approximately 25mm space for a fan duct. The included fan duct was designed to minimize disruption caused by clips on the bed. Although it does sacrifice a few mm on the X axis, it's not excessively bad. If you choose to use the part cooling fan, it's been designed to fit with these specific fans: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EL938E6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The fan duct prints in 2 parts that must be glued together. I use CA glue and get a strong air flow out of this even without sealing the connection between the fan and fan holder, though I do plan to add caulking there for a full seal. When assembling everything, the order is crucial: Fan Duct: 1. Connect the fan to the fan holder. 2. Connect the fan duct to the fan holder. 3. Attach the fan mount to the fan holder. Shuttle: 1. Connect the cable chain to the top of the shuttle-back. 2. Attach the shuttle back to the rail slider. 3. Secure the motor to the shuttle back, with the cable connector facing to the right (when viewed from the front). 4. Use 4 M3 bolts to connect the shuttle front and back. 4a: On the left side of the shuttle, use the top screw hole. 4b: Secure the bottom two screws with nyloc nuts. Do not use nuts on the top yet! 5. Attach the Titan Aero extruder. 6. Attach the fan mount assembly to the top two screws from step 4 and secure with nylocs. 7. Use an M3 bolt through the bottom left hole on the shuttle to secure the bottom of the fan. An assembled STL is also included so you can see how it all fits together, along with a bunch of pictures.
