i bought a folgertech ft-6 and after a few prints i noticed that the original belt idler pulleys where not straight and where destroying the idler wheels. so i have designed this simple part that bolts to the frame and with a longer m5 bolt straightens the bolt up. what is needed for mounting. 2 x printed stiffener 2 x m5x 35mm or longer bolts 6 x m5 locking nuts. 4 x washers Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: I3 MK3S Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 150 Infill: 20 Filament: spectrum filament PLA military green Notes: make sure that there is enough walls and that the top flat part is facing the buildplate when printing.
