Folgertech FT-6 Hemera Mount, BLTouch and Cable Chain Combo

This project is finally complete and confirmed working. Firstly, I remixed other users' parts for the Hemera mount on a different yet similar printer as well as the part cooling fan duct design to allow for fitting to the new Hemera carriage mount on this Folgertech FT-6 printer. The extruder mount allows for using a 5015 blower style parts cooler and is hard mounted to the extruder and carriage using M3 and M4 hardware, no superglue required. There's also a mounting spot for fitting a BLTouch bed probe and everything is designed to be as compact as possible while still using the stock hardware and wiring PCB for the RJ45 cables. As well, I am sharing a simple 10x15mm cable chain bracket that I designed which will mount to the Y-Axis extrusion and keep all wiring within the printers frame. For mounting the cable chain itself, I used M4 hardware and washers, and will list below the lengths. It's very basic but works and does everything it needs to so I won't be improving upon it. Hemera extruder carriage uses the following hardware to mount properly: - 4x M3x10mm bolts (extruder mount to linear rail slide block) - 4x M3x55mm bolts w/ M3 nuts (top bolts for back plate mount through PBC spacers) - 4x M3x45mm bolts w/ M3 nuts (bottom bolts for back plate mount) - 4x M3x8mm bolts w/ square nuts (stock that comes with Hemera) - 2x M3x6mm bolts w/ square nuts (recessed mounting holes to clear 5015 blower fan) - 1x M3x25mm bolt w/ square nut (fan duct mount through blower fan into Hemera extruder) - 2x M3x10mm bolts w/ M3 nuts (BLTouch Probe) - 1x M4x8mm bolt (self-threaded into carriage top to secure cable chain) - 2x M4x20mm bolt (self-threaded into Hemera carriage and 5015 mounting plate) 10x15mm Cable Chain Brackets use the following hardware: - 1x M5x8mm w extrusion t-nut (chain support piece for middle of X-Axis) - 2x M5x16mm bolts w/ extrusion t-nuts (mounts to Y-Axis extrusion) - 2x M4x20mm bolts (self-threaded, mounts part A to part B) - 1x M4x20mm w/ nut (mounts Y-Axis cable chain to part B) - 1x M4x16mm w/ nut (mounts X-Axis cable chain to part B) BLTouch offsets for Marlin firmware: - X-Axis = -23.5 - Y-Axis = -24.5 While these parts were remixes, they have been completely reworked from the ground up and therefore will not work with their original designs minus the 5015 blower duct. I will try to be responsive to any questions or problems people have that try using my setup but as long as you follow my hardware list everything should fit with proper clearances and no damage to anything or force should be required. I will be updating and sharing my version of Marlin 2.0 as well to be used with this setup and an SKR1.3 control board with TMC2209 drivers.
