This design calls for a 1/4 inch thick piece of plexiglass that needs to be cut and securely attached to the underside. Pre-drilled slots are in place to accommodate 6-inch wide acrylic hinges, which can be easily sourced from Amazon. The choice of printing material may necessitate the creation of internal supports to ensure stability at the center point. To prevent the assembly from sagging, I designed brackets that allow it to sit snugly on my fans.
