Folgertech FT-6 18mm Inductive Prox Mount

This is a mount for the FT-6 Dual Extruder version, giving you the ability to attach an 18mm proximity sensor to the existing mounting holes for the bed level sensor. To do this, I used the 18mm round PNP Inductive Proximity Sensor available on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FZVKEAU/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_Yx3kEbQBN923B. The sensor has an impressive 8mm sensing range. However, it's essential to note that the rated range of this sensor is based on ferric (iron) surfaces. If you're using aluminum, you can expect only around 40% of that range. Nevertheless, this sensor will work just as well with a piece of 3/32 in. plate glass on an aluminum bed. The sensor comes pre-equipped with 24VDC, but if you're working with a lower voltage, the results may vary significantly.
