!!!These items are still Work in Progress!!!\nUPDATE 1/31: Added FT4, FT10, and FT10/FT4 Merged copies that fit the new idler design. I don't have the bolt and bearings to test with so feedback or suggestions are welcome.\nUPDATE 11/20: Made a number of tweaks based on Entropy4U's feedback.\nUPDATE 11/7: Added one-piece FT7 and FT10 versions merged with their FT5 counterparts.\nUPDATE 10/28: Added an FT4 replacement.\nUPDATE 10/4: Made some minor updates to the size and position of the holes on the FT7 and FT10. I'm currently running all of these parts on my FT-5 without any issues.\nOn the FolgerTech FT-5, the stock melamine parts that the X axis rail mounts to require 4 m3 screws to attach to the Y axis sliders. The X axis 2020 part sits directly over the m3 screws, but there's not enough counter-sink for the m3s for the rail to sit flush unless you really crank down on those screws. Plus, it's very easy to destroy the melamine on the FT5 by cranking down too hard.\nThis replacement part creates a counter-sink for the m3 screws, allowing the X rail to mount flush without much effort. The replacement FT-5 also has a deeper shaft to accommodate the additional bolt length due to the counter-sink.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: \n FT-5\n \n Rafts: \n Doesn't Matter\n \n Supports: \n Doesn't Matter\n \n Notes: \n Easy to print, no special settings needed. Suggest 30% or higher infill.\nMake sure to trim any 'pressed' layers on the FT5. I generally have some spread on my first layer and if you cut it off the FT5 may not want to sit flush with the other pieces.
