I created this design to eliminate the hassle of wraps slipping and stiff-rolling rolls, as well as floppy TPU. A Bowden tube holder fits snugly around 6mm OD tubing, while a spool holder accommodates super tall and fairly wide rolls with at least a 43 mm hole. To print this design successfully, use stiff filament with at least three outside layers. I may develop a slightly shorter holder to reduce wobbly-ness in the future. If you want to hold two or more rolls on the holder, simply scale up the rod or use a broomstick. This design will also fit any cube machine with 2020 tubing, but it will need to span the entire machine. To secure the tube to the print head, you'll need to attach it using one of many available designs. Printing this design is easy and requires minimal filament consumption, making it ideal for low-volume production.
