Made a version of this for my Folgertech 2020 i3 stock extruder, which I ordered in May 2018, so not sure if any changes have been made over time; your mileage may vary. This is based on Lion4H's Radian Fan Fang, version 5015. Since this is the first time I've used Blender, it's a bit rough around the edges, but I hope to clean it up in the future and make it more polished. For now, it gets the job done as a quick fix for adding a cooling fan to my printer. I discovered that I had to rotate 22.5 degrees around the Y axis to get it to mate with the bed properly.
