Folger Tech Kossel P/S Bracket with slot opening for T-Nut Connection
thingiverse
Connecting the brackets to the 2020 Aluminum proves easier with a slot on each bracket that slides onto the M3 screws. This design also allows me to make the bracket more curvy and add ledges along the outside edges for added strength and less plastic use. I double-check all hardware for tightness, knowing it's more crucial when using slotted holes. After one of my brackets slipped off during testing on its side, I decided to add a 1mm deep M3 screw head countersink to ensure the bracket stays in place if a screw isn't tightened properly. The slot openings are lengthened by 4mm for extra room inside the slots. Additionally, a tab is added at the bottom of each bracket to rest against the back side of the P/S. I opt for M3x10mm Pan Head Screws with T-Nuts instead of the specified M3x12mm called for in the build guide. The same M4x10mm screws are used to mount the P/S as instructed in the original guide. These modifications and adjustments lead me to print them at 50% infill using Yellow eSun PETG.
