This is my maiden design, so it may not be flawless, but it functions effectively. I created it in Tinkercad to complement the Folger Tech Spool Holder which has also been uploaded by me. The LCD display that I acquired is a budget-friendly option called "LCD Intelligent Smart Controller 2004 + Adapter For RepRap Ramps 1.4 3D Printer". Install the larger mounting bracket on the left side of the LCD and secure it in place. Next, attach the right mounting leg but twist it clockwise a few degrees before tightening firmly. This deliberate tilt will apply even pressure to the right-hand side of the frame or mount, thus preventing any movement.
