Folger Tech Effector and Sensor Holder Remix

When swapping out the E3D Lite6 hotend, I had to adjust the size of the effector and sensor mount. The E3D lite6 hotend is shorter than the standard hotend supplied by Folger Tech, so I needed to relocate the proximity sensor upwards and inwards to avoid interfering with the connecting rods, which required shifting it 3mm further out. To enhance cooling, I added an optional fan tube that I remixed from this design: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1378065. Initially, I considered installing two fans, but ultimately decided against it due to space constraints, opting instead to wire tie the hotend wires to one of the sensor mount's fan connection points. Unfortunately, my chosen cooling fan was not very effective, failing to produce sufficient airflow and also breaking its bracket. While this design may not have worked for me, I've left it in place in case someone else wants to try or improve upon it – possibly with a different fan configuration.
