Folger Tech Delta Rod Jig

The Pro Jig from JustinLeDwards cleverly consolidates six rods into one efficient tool. This allows users to work with rods of varying lengths, giving them more flexibility in their projects. I customized it by reducing its width to a single rod capacity for precision cutting. Attach the Pro Jig to 20x20 extrusion, ensuring the desired length is measured between the thin slots. To cut through carbon fiber rods smoothly, I recommend utilizing Thing 1218870; simply use the posted STL file and follow the instructions carefully. For a precise fit with Traxxas rod ends, which differ from those in the Folger Tech kit, I modified the Pro Jig's shape accordingly. Now, to assemble your rods accurately using this jig: first, glue one end into place, letting it set before adding the second end and quickly inserting it into the jig. With a little patience and attention to detail, you'll achieve a set of identically sized rods every time.
