For a precise fit with Traxxas rod ends, which differ from those in the Folger Tech kit, I modified the Pro Jig's shape accordingly. Now, to assemble your rods accurately using this jig: first, glue one end into place, letting it set before adding the second end and quickly inserting it into the jig. With a little patience and attention to detail, you'll achieve a set of identically sized rods every time.
