Folger Tech Cloner Adjustable Z Endstop Mount
thingiverse
Simple yet effective Z endstop mount design. All you need apart from the two parts is an M3x at least 30mm screw (I recommend 45 or 50mm), an M3 lock nut, and two M3x10 screws. To complete the job, drill into the frame just like shown in the pictures. Don't forget to use that small black endstop backer piece to get the spacing right. After inserting the tabs through the endstop, use a flathead screwdriver to widen out the tabs for secure placement. The long M3 screw passes through the top part and threads into the bottom one. Since the top part is securely attached to the frame and the bottom part is threaded onto the screw, turning the screw moves the endstop up and down with precise adjustment. This design is far superior to the stock version. Flip the top part over so its flat side faces downwards. It doesn't matter which flat side it is. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Folger Tech Cloner Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: Print as slowly as possible. Tight tolerances are crucial here, and since they're small, printing slow won't take much time.
