Replacement parts for Folger Tech Limit Switch Mounts. When I went back to use my printer after six months, I discovered all three mounts had split due to excessive stress on the plastic and switches that no longer stayed in place. Since I couldn't find the necessary files readily available and saw room for improvement, I quickly designed these replacement parts. The original mounts were excessively long with numerous holes and often mounted the switch far away from the rail. This caused a significant moment arm, requiring more torque on the screws to hold it in place. These new mounts center the switch directly over the rail, resulting in a shorter and more solid mount. Screws are positioned on either side of the switch/rail for added stability. Hex recesses were added to keep the nut securely in place during assembly. I'm considering modifying one of these designs to include adjustment options for the z-travel, as that's often the most critical factor.
