Folger i3 2020 Z-Axis Induction Sensor and Fan Bracket

Human: A cooling fan holder bracket (check out Thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1161013 for the fan shroud) and inductive sensor sit snugly on my Folger 2020 Prusa i3.\nI've included the OpenSCAD file, but you'll need to download the .stl from: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1161013\nNew STLs and OpenSCAD files have been added for an 18mm version - a modified original 12mm version with the ring pulled in close to the printhead and another one with improved design features.\nIf you've downloaded the new big-back.scad file, please update it as I had to increase clearance between the loop and the extruder. I've uploaded the updated replacement file and the installed print is shown in green.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: RepRap Folger 2020 Prusa i3\nRafts: None\nSupports: None\nResolution: 0.2mm\nInfill: 30%\nNotes:\nPETG prints well, but ABS can be used as a substitute. However, I recommend against using PLA due to the mount's proximity to the cold break and heatsink of the extruder.\nThe designer of the original bracket recommends printing with 100% infill, but for this fan bracket, 30% infill is sufficient. The printer can print both PETG and ABS with no issues.\nBoth versions have been printed successfully using PETG and ABS with excellent results despite printer difficulties during overhang and bridging tests.\nHow I Designed This\nThe design process involved importing the bracket from Thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1161013 into OpenSCAD, followed by manual addition of the inductive sensor loop based on measurements from Thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:671600 and a stretched cube to attach it.\nInitially, I expected the fan bracket part to require support; however, when slicing it using slic3r with supports enabled, no additional supports were generated - only for the right mounting block.\nTherefore, I modified the design to remove unnecessary supports, resulting in a hassle-free printing experience.
