Here's a simple way to add an adjustable, easy-to-aim funnel to channel air from a 40mm fan directly onto the print nozzle, specifically to quickly cool extruded plastic after it leaves the nozzle. This helps with overhangs and bridging when layer time is too short for the previous layer to fully cool before the next one begins. You may not need nuts as the adjustment/attachment hole is slightly too small for an M3 screw. If you turn it in there, it'll self-tap and require no nut. Just use several M3 screws or bolts. THERE ARE TWO VERSIONS OF THE FUNNEL! I strongly recommend the updated/improved one, as it's much less likely to interfere with your binder clips on the right side of the bed. If you choose the original version, use the smallest possible binder clips on the right-hand side when holding the glass on your print bed. Large clips may get caught or interfere with the cooling fan, even small ones will cause trouble. So, try the updated/improved one first! Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: Place the funnels like cones with wide bases on the bed, narrowing as they go up. No supports needed!
