This is a unique mashup /Meshmixer of two uploads. Run FT-5_Z-Bed_Gap.gcode from an SDCARD once you've preheated your bed and nozzle to set your gap accurately. I usually run FT-5_Z-Bed_Gap.gcode, place a piece of paper under the nozzle, and let it sit for 15 minutes after the initial iteration. After 15 minutes, pull out the SDCARD and reinsert it to halt the print. Then, run it again to set the gap. I do this before every print to achieve the best results. My gap is usually set once I can slide a piece of paper between the nozzle and the bed with minimal drag.
