Folger 2020 i3Prusa Y Motor Mount

This is a Y-axis tensioner designed specifically for the FolgerTech 2020 Prusa i3. To mount the motor, you will need M3x12 screws. For the jack screws, use M4x16 screws, and reuse the M4x8 screws along with t-nuts from the original FolgerTech mount. The tensioner holes require tapping using a M4 tap. Adjust the wiring connector to face towards the back. Tighten the belt by hand as it will be sufficient to achieve maximum tension. This setup allows you to adjust the belt's tightness without requiring changes in the belt length, similar to my experience where this became a drop-in replacement. Printed with ABS at a layer height of .3 and 25% infill density, I did not utilize any support material during printing. Post-printing care is necessary as some sections might droop; careful trimming may be required.
