Create a personalized pencil case with built-in ruler edge and detachable 8-bit letter pencil topper for the #BackToSchool challenge. This item requires precise printing instructions; use a level build plate and calibrated feed rate. Increase wall thickness and hinge tolerance if necessary. Hinges are print-in-place, so ensure appropriate hinge tolerance (0.3mm for calibrated printers, 0.35mm otherwise). Print with Makerware at 150 micron layer height, 3 loops, and 25% infill. Fits on Replicator 2/2X build plates using default settings. Use Sailfish Pause@zPos function for multi-colored printing, pausing at 0.9mm and 2.6mm (adjust based on customization).
