Recently, we've found an innovative technique that makes wood flexible, and we're excited to share it! We created stunning wooden booklets using birch plywood and a clear varnish finish. The hard wooden cover can fully open to the backside for comfortable holding, while a tiny clamp made from the same material securely holds standard A7 writing blocks. These booklets come in both horizontal and vertical versions. These booklets not only look cool but also embody our digital production philosophy. By utilizing advanced manufacturing techniques like this, we can create products with all features in a single production step and from a single material. This streamlines the process, simplifies logistics, and results in beautiful, functional items. Furthermore, since laser cutters are common tools, local manufacturing is possible worldwide. Flat-packing also saves resources and shipping costs. At our in-house facility, we can produce these booklets without needing large quantities to make them affordable.
