I'm really enjoying the sleek design and functionality of <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:123670">Folding wallet cassette</a> by creator Amplivibe, but I have one issue - those holes are a bit of a letdown. Unfortunately, my mini USB drive slipped right through them, so I decided to add the logo for extra protection. This is version 5 in 12mm. To assemble this wallet, print the logo insert eight times and press it into the gaps from the inside, securing with super glue. They're designed to work within a 0.25mm tolerance range, so if needed, you can scale up or down accordingly. For better adhesion, try printing two layers of skirt lines at zero distance from the part. All credit goes to Amplivibe for this original design.
