Thanks for sneaky4oe's idea, I borrowed the concept and created a slightly different design. **========== WARNING! ==========** **DO NOT USE IF YOUR STEAMDECK DOES NOT HAVE GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR INSTALLED!** As this screen protector will be touching the screen directly, you should only use this with a steamdeck that has a glass screen protector installed. Otherwise if there are some sand or debris stuck between the hard plastic and soft screen, you could see the screen get scratched badly. **YOU SHOULD ONLY USE THIS ON STEAMDECK THAT HAS GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR!!** **YOUR 3D PRINTER OR ME WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SCREEN DAMAGE WITH IMPROPER USE!** **======== END WARNING! ========** I tries to create a folding design, also want something that can protect the screen from the possible print imperfection, so I opt to stick wide vinal tapes at the back to protect screen which also creates the hinge that allows folding. As I use a case that covers almost to the edge of the screen, this design only covers the screen and also guards the joystick. The base of the joystick and a piece of rubber band is what I use to keep the protector in place. There are 2 versions - thick one has a border which should keep the screen flatter. the thin one is if you need this to be very compact when fold. I only provide single side of this protector - please mirror it in your slicer to print the other side. For the backing tape I opt for Vinal tape ( like wide electrical tape )- it is somewhat soft and is sticky enough for this use. You can try the tape you have at hand first to see if it works ok for you.
