<p>Revised: 12-14-15</p> <ol> <li>Reduced the radius at the outside bottom of the tray. Cleaned up the print in that area.</li> <li>Added finger clearance holes to make opening easier.</li> <li><p>Added clearance in the hinge area so the box closes better.<br/> Also found a jumbo paper clip makes a great hinge rod. Push it through, make a short bend in the end, pull tight to part, bend other end and clip off excess as close to the hinge as possible.</p> <p>120 mm Square parts tray that folds in half to keep parts in.</p> <p>Used a piece of 14 AWG copper wire as a hinge.
