Folding Radius Tool With Convex Edges

This is a radius tool with convex edges. I've seen others on here, but I knew exactly what I wanted and I felt like I could make a more aesthetic design which is more comfortable to hold. Each gauge is 1mm thick. I printed 0.1 mm layers for everything, and used a full nozzle-width of elephant's foot compensation, or a "first layer horizontal expansion" of -0.4mm since I use Cura. This is crucial since elephant's footing will effectively enlarge the radius on your gauges a little. My slicer settings for all parts were 4-pass walls and 30% infill to make a very solid part. I printed everything as-oriented, although you could lay the nut and screw sideways and use supports if you wanted more strength. It doesn't need to be torqued down at all though, the nut is basically just a pivot-shaft and the screw just keeps it from falling out. No hardware is needed for this, it is 100% printed. Just use "Download All" to obtain the 22 individual STL files. Enjoy! Concave edge version is here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5685620
