This model has undergone numerous modifications to achieve optimal performance. The drone is incredibly agile, and my video showcasing its construction can be found below. I designed the frame in SolidWorks, utilizing a propeller size of 10 inches. The foldable frame offers unparalleled convenience for transportation. Here are the specifications: - Diagonal axis distance: 450 mm - Frame weight: 355 g - Motor axis elevation: 5 degrees - Motor mounting dimensions: 16x19 mm The drone features internal wiring within the folding beams, a foldable GPS antenna mount, and foldable legs. In its closed frame state, any flight controller can be easily installed, along with an integrated vibration isolation system. The set includes a 3D model mold for casting silicone. To assemble this drone, you will need: - M3 screws - M3 nuts - Some nuts require installation via heating (using a soldering tool or gas lighter) - Plastic parts must be glued together using super-glue (such as cyanocrylate) - Create a silicone damper, similar to those shown in the video Refer to the "assembly copter.stl" file for assembly instructions. The number of items required for printing is indicated in the STL name. Printing settings: - Printer: 200x200 table - Rafts: Yes - Supports: Yes - Infill: 25%
