This model has been extensively refined through numerous updates. The drone truly soars. My VIDEO showcasing its construction can be found here: https://youtu.be/HgwuQiqNqp8 I created this design within SolidWorks using Proprietary Model 10 inches. The frame is cleverly foldable, making transportation a breeze. Specifications: - Diagonal distance between axes measures 450 mm. - The frame's weight comes in at 355 g. - Motor axis erection allows for a 5-degree adjustment. - Motor mounting dimensions are 16x19 mm. Key features include internal wiring within the folding beams, a foldable GPS antenna mount, and foldable legs. A closed frame case accommodates any flight controller, while an integrated vibration isolation system is in place. A 3D model mold for casting silicone is also included. Additional components needed: - M3 screws - M3 nuts - Some nuts are installed in the frame by heating (a soldering tool or gas lighter can be used) - Certain plastic parts must be bonded together using super-glue (cyanocrylate, for example) - A silicone damper, similar to those shown in this VIDEO: https://youtu.be/6rWVS8KR_Zg Assembly instructions are provided within the "copter assembly.stl" file. The number of items required for printing is indicated in the stl name. Enjoy!
