I've tested this prop on the plane at 10k rpm with zero vibrations, no breaks or cracks. The PLA material held up impressively. I'm fairly impressed with the results, as the hole for motor shaft is a precise 6 mm in diameter. Feel free to adjust the dimensions to suit your needs. Assembling the entire prop requires two M3*20 mm bolts and nuts. Make sure you have these components on hand before attempting assembly. To achieve optimal results, I suggest printing this at low to medium speed with 100% infill. Using a 0.4 mm nozzle with a 0.3 mm layer height also yields impressive results. Additionally, consider using a heatbed and brim with a 3mm width for added stability.
