Folding Prop ( Propeller ) for RC planes, gliders

I had to replace a few props, so I decided to make my own. I was dissatisfied with the designs available online and my broken propeller needed remodeling, so I created my own. After refining my design for hours, it's finally complete. So far, I have made 16 versions of this propeller. It is designed for use in a Phoenix 2000 or Phoenix Evolution plane. Tips and recommendations: A high-torque propeller like mine will require a low KV motor to prevent overheating - as I learned the hard way. Printing the propeller with the propellers facing upwards yields better results. I used PLA plastic and printed at 0.2mm layer height using a 4mm nozzle, though ABS might produce even more durable parts due to its flexibility. Balance is necessary for these props after printing; neglecting this will result in severe motor shaft deformation, possibly breaking the whole thing. Please note that my hole diameter was +/- 3 mm and hub size was +/- 8 mm. I included a .blend file with instructions so you can make changes as needed. I wish you good luck!
