As smartphones and tablets become the primary way people access the internet, both at home and in public, there inevitably arise situations where having hands-free access is essential. With numerous tablet and phone stands available, many are bulkier than desired and consume valuable space in your bag, making it impractical to carry them around. However, with a sleek solution now at hand, this constraint can be effortlessly overcome. Inspiration for this innovative tablet stand actually struck while utilizing my Shopping Bag Handle (also sold separately). Observing that my iPhone 6 Plus snugly fit within the design prompted me to ponder whether this handle could serve multiple purposes. This epiphany occurred despite impaired mental faculties, resulting from inadequate rest and an excess of caffeine consumption that day. The seed planted, I aimed to create a dedicated pocket phone stand adaptable for use with tablets, as these devices more commonly require additional support due to their size and shape. After careful consideration and several trials, the outcome was this tablet stand I'm unveiling today. Characterized by a slim design with front-facing retainers securing your device in place, coupled with collapsible arms ensuring stability, this product delivers reliable hands-free performance. During initial testing with both my iPhone 6 Plus and iPad 4, satisfactory results were obtained, highlighting its capacity to accommodate varying tablet dimensions. While the stand can work seamlessly with larger devices like my older-model iPad 4, specific verification regarding compatibility with iPad Pros is necessary for absolute assurance. Engineers may describe this supplementary feature as redundancy, yet I choose to include it by principle, providing peace of mind that always opting for caution is wiser.
