Folding Pedal for Folding Bike

In 2016, I managed to snap the pedal on my folding bike. It was a special folding pedal, and I couldn't find any replacement online. So, I decided to design one myself. The metal shaft of the pedal was still intact, so only the plastic parts had disintegrated and the spring was lost. It was an easy fix: just copy the other pedal's design with some modifications. This hack saved my entire bike since buying new pedals wasn't necessary. To keep the pedal locked in position while pedaling, it needs a spring about 9-10mm in diameter by 50mm long. I created a plastic spring, but it lacked the strength to be completely reliable and was difficult to print using a filament machine. The original design features two bolts, each 30mm long and 3mm in diameter, to secure the bearing block into the frame. To assemble the pedal, slide the bearing block into the frame before adding the bolts.
