Folding pedal for bicycle

I broke my folding bike's pedal back in 2016. It was a custom-designed pedal that couldn't be replaced online. So, I decided to create one from scratch. The metal shaft of the pedal was still intact, but the plastic parts had disintegrated and lost their spring. Easy enough - just replicate the other pedal's design. The new pedal needed a strong spring (about 9-10mm OD by 50mm long) to keep it locked in position while pedaling. I created a plastic spring, but it lacked the strength I needed for reliability. It was also difficult to print using my filament machine. Another material like Sinterit Lisa's plastic might be more suitable. The original pedal design featured two 30mm-long by 3mm-diameter bolts that locked the bearing block into place. The bearing block had to be slid into the frame before installing the bolts. If I were designing specifically for the Sinterit Lisa, I'd remove the bolts and their holes, add locking blocks to the bearing block where the bolts go, and print the frame and bearing block together. This would simplify the design. If anyone wants this custom design, just let me know - I'll create it. However, given its unique nature, I won't invest more time until someone requests it.
