Folding Nintendo Switch Stand with Filament Hinges

First off, huge credit goes to the original designer(s) for creating such an awesome design. The source remix, all the way back to its original form, printed the hinges directly in place - that's just plain cool. However, I ran into some issues getting it to work as intended and supports were also required, which unfortunately left a surface imperfection. So, I made some modifications to use filament as a hinge instead. The idea of using filament as a hinge came from another switch stand design, which can be found at Thingiverse under the ID 2174545. My modification allows the stand to print flat rather than on its side and doesn't require any supports. To create the hinges, you simply push some filament through and melt the ends to form flat heads that keep them in place. Melting is done with a flat-headed soldering iron. Be sure to leave about 2-3 mm of filament at each end and press the flat-tipped iron onto it firmly. With a steady hand, you should be able to create nice, flat heads on the end of the hinge pins. Do a few practice runs first to get the hang of it.
