Folding MiniQuad for KKMulticntroller flight controller
thingiverse
This DIY folding frame quadcopter houses a KKMulticontroller flight controller, features RCTimer.com 2204-14 1400KV Outrunner Brushless Motors with 7 or 6-inch propellers (6" preferred), and HobbyKing 12A BlueSeries Brushless Speed Controllers that press fit on the "medium" arms. It offers three sets of arms—light, medium, and heavy—along with two types of landing gear: short and tall. The flight controller is protected by roll bars instead of a printed fuselage fairing. The 2S 1500mAh battery is secured under the fuselage using rubber bands, with additional bands holding the arms in place. To assemble, print two halves for the fuselage, all holes taking M3 nylon screws; tap the holes on the top side for better fit. Print pairs of left and right (L&R) arms, two sets of landing gear, and two rollbars. The ESCs are placed within the arm structure with cables routed through base holes.
