Folding iPad Stand w/ Magnetic Closure

Tired of propping up my iPad (and having it slide down) on different things when I wanted to watch something, I designed this folding iPad stand. I've used this stand with the thicker Gen1 Pro and the newer Gen3 Pro with zero problems, both portrait and landscape. Keeps the iPad at a 14 degree angle. New version has thicker hinges and positions for two 3/16" x 1/16" NdFeB magnets (one at bottom, one at top) which keeps it shut tight when traveling. Also works great at holding my iPhone although it more sits on the lugs then fits inside because of the phone's safety cover. As with my laptop stand, I printed both pieces on their side with zero top and bottom layers and with a 20% hex infill, strictly for aesthetics. I find using 3 shells adds a good amount of strength. Used PETG for this (because the spool was on my printer) but have used PLA since with no issues. Also, don't let your slicer pick random start/stop points, choose “align” in your slicer settings(I use Prusa) The hinge hole is sized for a 1/8" rod. I had acrylic rods leftover from another project so I didn't print one for this project but can do if you'd like. If the hole is too tight you might run a 9/16 drill bit down to open up the clearance a skosh. Throw some rubber feet on the bottom and this stand won't go anywhere!
