mostly wanted to post this because I have not seen this mechanism for the extension lock in any examples online printed mine in pla. except for the pad.stl which i did 10% infill tpu and hotglued to the sole.stl , needs to be somewhat flexible so screwheads can hide themselves inside the tpu + comfort
