Folding Doorstop
thingiverse
Simple fold-down doorstop. Designed to fit 1" round foam grippers I found at a local hardware store. I didn't want to put screw holes in my door, so it's mounted with an adhesive foam mounting strip. The one pictured was just a test, hence some rough edges, but it worked great so I kept it up. In addition to printing each part separately, you'll need some simple hardware: 1 x machine screw, 3.75mm diameter & at least 42mm length 1 x nut that fits the screw 2 x washers, 9mm diameter You could probably get by without the washers, but I think it's always a good idea to put them under both the head and nut of any bolt when using 3D printing. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: Any setting works fine Supports: Yes, recommended for maximum strength Notes: Could be printed without supports if oriented correctly, but I recommend placing both objects on their side for added strength.
