Folding DJI OSMO Stand

Folding DJI OSMO Stand

I wanted a folding version of my stand that I didn't need to assemble every time I used it, so I decided to modify an existing design. I used the upper portion of the stand by Rcfiddy1 and created a new bottom from scratch. Here's a timelapse of my print: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBuMif7BCYs Print Settings: * Printer Brand: LulzBot * Printer: TAZ 5 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: .3mm layers * Infill: 30% Post-Printing: The leg hinge pins are made from three short segments of 3mm filament. The holes are designed to be tight, so you may need to tap the filament segments into place. After you get all three pieces in each leg, trim them flush with an xacto knife as shown in the photos. Addendum: User DaveMoi created a printable pin set for the legs that can be used instead of 3mm filament. His design can be accessed here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2259434 Addendum 2: User Lee2009 made this design and used bolts instead of pins. You can see his build here: https://www.thingiverse.com/make:488290 However, I recommend using a steel or brass tube in the leg pieces to prevent the threads of the bolt from chewing up the leg plastic when opening and closing. The best part about this build is that you can adjust the leg friction so the legs don't fold down when lifting your Osmo with the tripod.
