This is a standard fold chair design, comprising a polygonal model constructed entirely from quadrilaterals. The entire mesh is one cohesive unit, but its individual elements can be separated for rigging purposes if needed. The model was created in Luxology MODO at a scale that mirrors real-world proportions and then exported to 3ds Max via FBX. I used reference photographs as guides for the design, although I didn't rely on precise measurements since my background as an architect has provided me with a solid understanding of furniture dimensions. As such, the chair's likeness is remarkably realistic. Given the model's geometric simplicity and uniform materials, UV unwraps were not performed here.
