This replacement cap is designed for a metal folding chair leg, boasting precise dimensions of 27.5mm outer diameter, 22.5mm inner diameter, and 21.5mm height with a smooth rounded bottom. These caps are crafted to be compression fit, ensuring a perfect match on my Cosco chairs. I manufactured them using PLA, which should prevent scratches on most floors. If you're skilled enough, try printing it in TPU while minimizing stringing issues. To ensure maximum strength, these parts were printed with 100% infill and supports enabled to securely hold the rounded bottoms in place. Before printing, double-check your chair leg dimensions and adjust the print scale accordingly for a precise fit.
