This is a precision replacement cap for a metal folding chair leg, designed to match perfectly with Cosco chairs. The dimensions are carefully specified as 27.5mm outer diameter, 22.5mm inner diameter, and 21.5mm height with a smooth rounded bottom. These compression-fit caps are tailored to fit seamlessly onto my Cosco chairs, ensuring a secure and stable connection. I created them using PLA material, which should not scratch most floors despite its durability. If you prefer a more flexible option, consider printing it in TPU, but be mindful of keeping stringing under control. To ensure the best results, I printed these caps with 100% infill and supports enabled to maintain the structural integrity of the rounded bottoms.
