Folded Spool for Proto Pasta coiled filament

The package includes a spool and mounting axle with a central roller bearing that is carefully sized to fit the coils of Proto-Pasta filament perfectly. The spool easily unfolds to hold a single coil of filament measuring 50x30 millimeters in size, with an internal diameter of approximately 160 millimeters. To assemble the mount, simply unfold the two parts and push the mount into the hub securely. Printed on a Replicator 2 using Makerware's "Low" setting, which yields optimal results, the print took around three hours to complete. The settings used were: layer height at 0.3 millimeters, 10% fill, two shells, and a travel speed of 90 millimeters per second.
