A single-step spool and mounting axle features a central roller bearing designed for Proto-Pasta filament coils. The spool can accommodate a 50x30mm filament coil with an internal diameter of approximately 160mm. To assemble, simply unfold the two components and insert the mount into the hub. It took around 3 hours to print on a Replicator 2 using Makerware's "Low" setting, which equates to a layer height of 0.3mm, 10% fill, 2 shells, and a travel speed of 90 mm/s.
