I'm highlighting this illustration again from my thesis, dated '94. Each triangular section bears congruence with all others, and there are six triangles nestled around every single corner. When viewed as a flat sheet, this model can indeed be folded up to take shape. Notably, its internal geometry mirrors the antiprism's symmetrical properties.
