Folded Paper Towel Box

Paper towel rolls are out of stock everywhere, but Amazon has folded paper towels in stock.The type that commercial businesses normally use. The problem is they are all loose and you need some type of holder. The solution was obvious, design and print a holder to meet this need! This is an open top box to sit the entire sleeve of paper towels in so you can easily grab them one at a time from the top. That means this is a tall print so you can put all of the paper towels in the holder and not have them loose everywhere. The cutout on the side lets you easily see how many you have left and access them as you start to run low. The outer dimensions for the box are 240mm by 85mm with an inner dimension of 236 mm by 81 mm for the actual folded paper towel. This is a large print, but should be a fairly easy print for printers that have a large enough bed. Make sure you get your slicer settings correct so the walls print entirely as shells so it is strong and prints fast. For my printer this took just over 300g of filament so for the affordable PLA I used to print this cost around $7 to print, which is still a better deal for similar products I found online that cost between $20 and $50.
