Folded Dipole Jig Parts
thingiverse
These are parts needed to build a jig for bending a piece of solid copper wire into a folded dipole. Two "Folded Dipole Bend" parts must be printed, and one "Folded Dipole Brace" part also needs to be printed. The "bend" part should be spaced apart for the correct length required. For example, for a 1/2 wave folded dipole on 441 MHz, the length from outside bend to outside bend should be exactly 33 cm. These parts can be screwed into a piece of wood with drywall screws. A detailed guide for using this jig when building a Yagi antenna is available online at https://w1hlo.nfaschool.org/building-an-amateur-television-yagi-antenna/. The height of the "bend" part was designed specifically for 6 AWG (4.11 mm) copper wire.
