Tested successfully down to 10% infill</p><p><strong>Layer Height</strong><br>For best overall results, use .1mm or .15mm<br>For strength, .15mm is recommended<br><i>Tested successfully up to .2mm</i></p><p><strong>Filament</strong><br>It has been successfully printed with a variety of PLA, ABS, NGEN, PETG and Polycarbonate filaments.</p><p><strong>Post Processing</strong><br>Your printer should be calibrated fairly well before printing. Calibration will affect the hinge quality.</p><p>After printing, hinges should break away easily (the bottom smaller hinge may be more difficult) and should move without much resistance. <i>Other than that, no post processing is required</i></p>
