Foldable Mini Box for Arduino Pro Micro
thingiverse
A handy little package for the Arduino Pro Micro (Leonardo Clone) from Sparkfun. To seal this enclosure properly, apply hot glue with a 3D printing pen and some filament from the same print job, drawing lines along the edges to secure it tightly.\r\n\r\nThis design features one opening for the micro USB port and another on the opposite side for a compact SPDT slide switch (19x6 mm) whose tabs fit snugly between the outer casing and two inner spacers.\r\n\r\nI'm using this enclosure for a keyboard/mouse emulator that keeps the connected PC from going to sleep by faking a mouse movement and keyboard input at regular intervals, so an enable/disable switch is crucial - otherwise, the Pro Micro becomes inaccessible without a well-timed double reset.\r\n\r\nThe photos showcase examples of clear PLA, white PLA, and transparent gray PLA.
