Foldable landing leg for drones
thingiverse
I was in need of a simple, foldable solution to carry a gimbal and a battery on my TBS Source One after converting it. The gimbal and battery were tilting the quadcopter all over the place before takeoff without any support. Those foldable legs can be attached to any standard quadcopter with 19x16 or 16x16mm motor mounting, which usually requires only two of them since the battery acts as a third leg. If they're not tightened too tightly, they should fold rather than break during tough landings. Extra hardware needed: - 2 M3 washers per leg - 1 M3 self-locking nut - 1 M3x20 bolt More about my TBS Source One.
